REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund for a lab panel, please email customer service at support@alvarahealth.com.
REFUNDS
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds can only be issued on requisitions for lab panels that have not yet been fulfilled by LabCorp and requested within 30 days of receiving the lab requisition form.

Most of the time, insurance will negotiate with a lab and pay a reduced amount off a higher price. The problem is, if insurance is not paying or negotiating the price downward, people are usually stuck with the high price tags on testing. For instance, the combined tests included with Alvara's Ultimate Panel could cost more than $15,000 elsewhere. This is unlikely to change without companies like Alvara paving a new path.
Alvara labs and services are 100% insurance-free. No deductibles. No co-pays. We are committed to transparent prices and you knowing exactly what you pay for. Alvara does not accept insurance, however it is FSA/HSA eligible. Alvara provides you with an itemized receipt for submitting to an FSA/HSA plan.
